• Strong experience in Ruby on Rails development, TextMate on MacOS X, MySQL and SQLite
• Strong experience of CSS, HTML, JavaScript and AJAX web application development.
• Experience in test-driven development using automated tests and create tools that will verify and validate system requirements and functionality.
• Ability to performance-tune and scale high-traffic websites.
• Understanding of web security concepts such as SQL injections, XSS, CSRF, etc.
• Experience deploying and launching multiple real-world applications some of which were envisioned, designed and developed from scratch (FunduSearch.com, AgileCircle.com).
